I live an empowered life affirmation.

I have spent years discovering my truth. My life story is one of my greatest discoveries. I am grateful for all that I have learned and each event along my life's path.  I see how fear and joy have touched many of my experiences. When I experience fear, I allow myself to feel and then release all the emotion. I let go of the anxiety by surrendering to it. I replace fear with love, joy, and feelings of empowerment.  I live an empowered life, and I walk in my power. I find ways to harness the power of my mind, and I embrace change.  I believe in myself. I trust myself.  Life gives me opportunities to learn lessons through challenges. I put forth the effort required to master these challenges.  As I overcome challenges and put myself into new circumstances, I am thankful for what I learn and the unique perspectives I gain that give me strength and allow me to grow.  I connect to my authentic self. I focus on my strengths. I celebrate all aspects of my personality. I keep learning and growing even as I age. I continue to transform.  My life is full of purpose. I am open to all possibilities.  I love and appreciate every part of myself. Every day, I take a moment to thank myself for being the person I am now.  Today, I understand that life is precious. I value my life, and I honor my needs. I give life to my dreams and take action for my goals. I live an empowered life.  Self-Reflection Questions:  1. How does my life reflect my values? 2. Can I name ways I am living an empowered life? 3. How can I empower those around me?
